THE CHALLENGE
Automation of the palletizing and wrapping process in a multinational company in the soft drinks sector.
- The line works simultaneously with barrels of concentrate and boxes of finished product.
- Three different product feeds.
- Three palletizing stations.
- Placement of interlayer sheet.
- All products wrapped in the same stretch-wrapping machine.
- For palletizing, an anthropomorphic robot is installed with an automatic dispenser that feeds the robot with empty pallets. Palletized loads are automatically transported to the stretch-wrapper.
