Complete end-of-line for plastic bags
THE CHALLENGE
In a single-use plastic bag factory, product packaging and palletizing must be automated.
- 5 different production lines
- A single wrapping unit and collection point for finished pallets.
- The installation must work without the intervention of any operator.
SOLUTION AND RESULT
The installation is made up of two palletizing lines that concentrate the production of 2 and 3 independent product lines, each with its own box former, product reception and sealing of the box by seal or hotmelt. Each end of the line has its own palletizer robot and baler, one of which receives the pallets using a guided cart.
